Pamela Gawler-Wright
MSc B.A. Hons., Dip. EHP, Adv. Dip. THP, UKCP Registered Hypno-Psychotherapist and Neuro-Linguistic Psychotherapist, Master and Certified Trainer in NLP, Clinical Supervisor and Fellow of the Central Register of Advanced Hypnotherapists.

Pamela has been designing and delivering trainings since 1986 in public and corporate sectors. She runs a busy Psychotherapy Practice in East London and has worked for several Local Health Authorities. She was Clinical and Team Supervisor for Barking, Havering and Brentwood Alcohol Advisory Service for 3 years. Pamela is dedicated to empowering the individual and their community at every level. A certified NLP Trainer, her courses have a reputation for being fun, warm and challenging yet with an atmosphere of gentleness and safety, and flexible to all learning styles.
Posts that she has held in recent years include Trainer at the National School of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy and Training Standards Officer for the Association of NLP Psychotherapy and Counselling Services. Pamela is a frequent contributor at conferences and writes for several professional journals. Her recent CDs, Story Sequence One and Two (recorded processes in Ericksonian Hypnotherapy) and her seminars, Working Successfully with Addictions, Wider Mind and The Art and Science of Therapeutic Storytelling, have further extended her reputation as one of the leading exponents of Ericksonian Hypno-Psychotherapy & Neuro-Linguistic Psychotherapy.
Pamela is also employed by several other Psychotherapy and NLP Training companies in Britain and overseas, as Course and Assessment Director, working alongside some of the most internationally respected Trainers in the field

Mandy-Jane Herring

Director
Mandy-Jane joined BeeLeaf in 1999. She is responsible for managing the design and implementation of new policies and in particular brings to this Organisation her skills in co-ordinating and monitoring educational structures and systems. As Senior Director she shares responsibility for the overall running and development of the Organisation and was instrumental in taking BeeLeaf forward to becoming a Training and Accrediting Member Organisation of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), in March 2006.
Prior to her time with BeeLeaf, Mandy spent several years working in London as a full time Teacher in the Classroom and at Management Level. She led an array of educational initiatives and collaborated with Government, and Researchers at Kings College, London on both Local and National Projects.
In 1992 Mandy's passion for education led to the start of her experience as a Presenter, at the International ETEN Conference in Denmark. Previous posts held include Team Management within the Department of Haematology, St Thomas' Hospital, London.

Julia Lloyd

Julia is a Graphic Designer, Typographer and Consultant. During the course of her long and acclaimed career she has worked as Senior Designer and Art Director within both small independent and large global Publishing Houses. Julia is now an established Freelance Designer creating branding, books, CDs, magazines, advertising and promotional materials for the arts & entertainment, health, education and social care sectors across the U.K.
Julia is responsible for the design of the promotional literature for BeeLeaf. She brings to the organisation her finely honed skills of empathy and curiosity, passion for successful communication and transparency in the printed word.

Gill Turner
Since 1975 Gill has trained in transpersonal psychology, philosophy, art therapy, meditation, relaxation and healing and Adlerian counselling and psychotherapy. Her abiding interest in spiritual development has lead explorations of Sufism, Buddhism and Western mysticism, and she leads workshops based on the teachings of Douglas Harding whose message informs the boundless enthusiasm and flexible genius that Gill shares in her work.

Mike Shallcross
Mike brings to BeeLeaf a variety of perspectives, from his present work in community mediation and previous experience as a management consultant, tax specialist and theology lecturer. He has been involved with personal development for nearly 20 years, and brings a diverse number of skills and expertise to BeeLeaf.

Bill Cairns
Bill is Clinical Director and Training Manager for Synergy, one of the countries most successful projects for people committed to recovery from addiction and dependency. His many years of working at the chalk face with issues such as domestic violence, working with children of substance abusers, sexual addictions, chemical and alcohol dependency, gambling and family systems have enabled Bill to devise and share successful approaches with Colleagues and Clients.
Bill brings respectful challenge and warm humour into the training room. His knowledge, skills and wisdom are always appreciated by the Trainee and experienced Practitioner alike.

Dr Tom Werner
Tom is a Psychiatrist (Specialist Registrar) and a Member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists. When not giving his time to BeeLeaf Tom works as part of a Community Health Team (CMHT), supervises work on a psychiatric inpatient ward and is involved in assessments under the Mental Health Act. Additionally he prepares forensic reports for Magistrate's and Youth Courts as well as lecturing at the University of Kent.

Anthony Wheatley
After a varied career, including working as an Economist, nursing assistant in a Hospice, University Chaplain, in places as far apart as the Shetland Islands and Guyana, via Mexico, and the USA, Tony now works anywhere people interest him enough (hence his connection with BeeLeaf). He is an INLPTA trained NLP Trainer with an M.A. in Economics.

Helen Drake
Helen is an internationally Accredited Trainer of NLP and a UKCP Accredited Psychotherapist. She is passionate about enabling people to move forward from where they are now to where they want to be.
With an ‘inclusive' style, Helen connects easily with people and elegantly facilitates human beings to recognise their own excellence. She regularly trains people in various aspects of advanced communication skills and leadership. In addition to this Helen has considerable experience of results focussed executive and business coaching. She has successfully designed and implemented numerous training and development programmes at all organisational levels throughout Europe. She is a regular Author for the New Civil Engineer and is frequently asked to speak to different groups of multi-disciplinary professionals on Communicating for Results.

Amanda Leigh-Harrison Damms
Amanda is the Practice Group Co-ordinator for the BeeLeaf Community for Contemporary Psychotherapy. She runs a private practice as a psychotherapist. She has taught and run workshops in South Africa while directing a performance company in dance; drama and education. This was a non-profit organisation supporting disadvantaged communities.
Amanda has taught both secondary age and primary age children for 12 years in the creative arts and special needs fields. She is currently teaching drama part-time at a primary level while developing a self-esteem project using creative arts and NLP aimed at the whole school.
She is involved in the 7th July Assistance Centre which deals with support for people involved in incidents such as the 7th July bombings in 2005 and would like to continue her work in the field of trauma and it's effects on the mind-body system.
Amanda has conducted informal research into how the creative arts affects self esteem and the development of inner resources and communication tools which she is planning to formalise through running groups and conducting formal interviews.
She believes passionately in the development of people's creative resources to access positive and dynamic change.

Alyson Brickley
With her passion for education and human growth Alyson has dedicated several years to teaching and training within the Further and Higher Education Sector – providing for a range of Special Needs. Her areas of specialism include Philosophy and Health & Social Care. Working in the field as a Drug and Alcohol Counsellor (and being an experienced Parent!) means that Alyson is also able to bring to this Organisation a wealth of skills and expertise which support and enrich the learning experience of the BeeLeaf Student.
