Submission of an application form and /or payment does not constitute a booking. Bookings are not confirmed until we send you a confirmation of booking / enrolment.
All cancellations must be made in writing by sending an email to training@beeleaf.com or by writing to:

Cancellation within 14 days of Enrolment
We count the date of enrolment as being from the date we send an email to you with confirmation of booking / enrolment.
If you cancel your place within 14 days of your enrolment being confirmed by us and you have not been supplied with any goods or services from us during this period of time as part of the agreement you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel your place within 14 days of your enrolment being confirmed by us and you have been supplied with any goods or services from us as part of the agreement you will receive a refund minus a charge for any services / goods already supplied to you up until date of receipt of cancellation from you. This amount is calculated on the basis of the total price of the course.
Cancellation more than 14 days after enrolment
If we receive your cancellation more than 14 days after your enrolment all fees will be due in full and no refund will be given.
Cancellation By Us
In the unlikely event of us having to cancel we will offer an alternative date, venue or you may choose to receive a full refund. BeeLeaf would accept no liability for any consequential or indirect loss. BeeLeaf reserve the right to remove a delegate from the course at any time if it is evident that the course is unsuitable for that delegate. Under these circumstances a full refund of the course fee will be given.
Disclaimer
BeeLeaf will not be held responsible for any delay or disruptions that are inherent in the operation of the Internet and the World Wide Web, including viruses. BeeLeaf will not be held responsible for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from damage to or loss of data on your computer system, network or server that results from the download or use of the Websites used by BeeLeaf for online learning or any materials made available via the Websites used for online learning.
Terms of Use
Any right to access the course materials is personal to you. You may not transfer your rights to access the course materials to another person unless we have consented in writing to you doing so.
Confidentiality
Course participants must maintain confidentiality regarding other people’s disclosures during any online learning and face-to-face learning, by not discussing these outside of the training environment. Following group work, fellow participant disclosures may only be fed back to the group, with the permission of that person. Any participant who breaches confidentiality may be removed from the training.
Use of Recording Equipment Including Phones
Recording using any kind of audiovisual equipment including phones is only permitted if consent has been given by BeeLeaf Personnel. Any participant found recording without permission may be removed from the training. Under these circumstances no refund will be given and all outstanding fees must be immediately paid.
